RITUAL

Services & Pricing

Hair care, designed as a ritual.

Cut, color, extensions, and bridal services from an education-based team. The most accurate pricing comes from seeing you in person — every service below begins with a complimentary consultation if you're not ready to commit.

01

Consult

Complimentary in-salon consultation with a multi-level stylist, colorist, or extension specialist.

02

Book

We map services and timing to your hair, your calendar, and the right stylist for the work.

03

Maintain

Toners every 6–8 weeks keep blondes salon-fresh. We retail Oribe and R+Co to extend results at home.

Section 02 — Color

Color Services

Our color line is exclusively Wella. From soft balayage to maximum-lift foils to single-process and corrections, every service starts with a plan.

Hand-painted color

Balayage

Face frame to full head

$250–$550

Open-air painting to achieve 1–3 levels of lift. Not recommended for those wanting maximum brightness — a soft, subtle, natural end result with a forgiving grow-out.

Book balayage

Foil work

Full Highlight

From $300

Maximum lift and color change with foil work throughout the whole head — the brightest blonde we offer, with clean control over placement and dimension.

Book full highlight

Foil work

Partial Highlight

From $200

For heavier blondes or highly dimensional brunettes. Foils to the root through the top and side of the head — bright where it matters, soft where it doesn't.

Book partial highlight

Single process

All Over Color

From $150

Base color and color through the ends — a refreshed, even tone head-to-tip. Not a lightening service; ideal for richening, tone-correction, or going deeper.

Maintenance

Just the Roots

Root touch-up

From $100

Grey coverage or color at the root only — keeps your existing color blended and seamless between full appointments. Not a lightening service.

Specialty — Consultation required

Color Correction

$125 / hr

All corrections require a complimentary in-person consultation. Sessions typically run 3–6 hours and evolve as the work progresses. We reserve the right to decline corrections that we deem unsafe for hair integrity.

Section 03 — Extensions

Length, density, dimension — installed to last.

We offer four methods — Tape, I-tip, Individual, and Hand-Tied — chosen to match your hair type, lifestyle, and goals. The right method is the one your hair will hold cleanly without compromise.

  • Tape-in — fastest install, low-profile, ideal for added density.
  • I-tip — beaded micro-bond, no heat or glue, gentle on fine hair.
  • Individual — strand-by-strand for the most natural movement.
  • Hand-tied — wefted rows for the most seamless density gains.

First-time installations require an in-person consultation. Hair is custom-ordered after your consult and typically arrives within a week — we'll book your install at the same time.

Field guide

Balayage vs. Highlights

Both lighten — but they do it differently. The right call depends on how bright you want to go and how you want the grow-out to read.

Method 01

Balayage

Hand-painted with a clay-based lightener. Your stylist creates dimension at various heights using the technique itself — the grow-out is softer and more natural than a foiled highlight.

Best for: sun-kissed, lived-in, low-maintenance dimension. Not the method to choose if you want maximum brightness, since balayage uses a faster-drying lightener and won't reach the same lift.

Method 02

Highlights

Foiled in and typically taken all the way to the scalp. Because they're worked in foils, you'll typically reach a brighter end result than balayage — though the grow-out leaves a stronger root line behind.

Best for: maximizing blonde, dimensional brunettes who want crisp brightness, and clients who prefer a defined refresh on a regular cadence.

Both services typically require a toner every 6–8 weeks to keep the color salon-fresh.

Before you book

Good to know

Why is consultation free? +

The best way for us to understand your needs and give accurate pricing is to see you. Complimentary consultations are available with our multi-level stylists, colorists, or extension specialists — book one if you're not ready to commit to a full appointment.

How does pricing work? +

Ritual is an education-based salon. All stylists come from rigorous multi-year training programs and continue with regular cut and color classes on their time off. We strive to offer services that are at the top of the industry, and our prices reflect the time and investment that go into the team.

What products do you use? +

Our color line is exclusively Wella. We retail Oribe and R+Co — available at the salon or on our shop page, so you can extend your color and finish between visits.

What's your cancellation policy? +

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid penalties. Cancellations within 24 hours result in a 100% service charge, required before rescheduling. No-call no-shows are invoiced for the full service amount, with a deposit required for any future bookings.

What if I arrive late? +

We operate on a meticulously scheduled appointment basis. Please arrive a few minutes early so your stylist can seat you on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes into the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and result in 50% of the service charge.

What if I'm not loving my hair? +

Reach out directly within two weeks of your original service and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We're a small business — we genuinely want to hear from you, and small adjustments are part of how we get to your final look.
